LeadPulse Privacy Policy
How LeadPulse collects, uses, and protects information.
Effective date: August 17, 2026
Who we are
LeadPulse is a door-to-door canvassing platform built and operated by HollaDen Enterprises LLC (the company behind Aurelius Pros). LeadPulse is used by sales organizations and their field representatives. This policy covers the LeadPulse web and iOS apps.
Information we collect
Account information. Your name, email address, role, and team assignment — created for you by your organization's administrator (LeadPulse does not offer public self-signup).
Location. With your permission, the app uses your device's precise location while you use it, to center the map on you, show your position among your leads, power nearby-lead features, and record where each door result was logged. You can withdraw location permission at any time in your device settings; the app keeps working without it.
Lead and property records. The addresses, map pins, statuses, notes, and (where provided by your organization's data sources) resident or customer names and phone numbers that make up your organization's lead book. These records belong to your organization; LeadPulse processes them on its behalf to run the service.
Activity records. The working history of leads — status changes, assignments, follow-ups, and similar actions, with timestamps — kept so teams can coordinate and review their work.
How we use information
To operate LeadPulse: showing the right leads to the right people, keeping team territories organized, syncing work across devices (including offline changes), and keeping accounts secure. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run the platform: hosting and delivery (Vercel), database and authentication (Supabase), map imagery and tiles (MapTiler, Esri/ArcGIS, OpenFreeMap), and address geocoding (Geocodio, with the U.S. Census Bureau geocoder as fallback). Each receives only what it needs to provide its service. Beyond that, information is visible only to your own organization according to its role settings — a rep sees their own book; leaders see their teams'.
Retention & security
Lead records are retained for as long as your organization keeps them in the platform. Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS everywhere), access is authenticated per user, and role-based rules are enforced on the server, not just in the app.
Your choices
Location permission is yours to grant or revoke in device settings. For questions about your account or the data your organization keeps in LeadPulse, contact your organization's administrator — or reach us directly and we'll help.
Children
LeadPulse is a workplace tool and is not directed to children under 16.
