These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and HollaDen Enterprises LLC ("HollaDen," "we," "us," or "our"), which operates the Aurelius Pros website and platform (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Aurelius Pros is a sales-performance, commission, and payroll platform provided to authorized representatives of HollaDen Enterprises LLC and its partner organizations. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time to improve or maintain the Service.

3. Accounts

Access to the dashboard requires an account, which is typically provisioned through your organization. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfering with or disrupting the Service, reverse-engineering it, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including the Aurelius Pros name, logo, software, and content, is owned by HollaDen Enterprises LLC and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HollaDen Enterprises LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
